I love the location and how secure it is

Price is a bit high and no longer 24 hours so doesn’t work for me anymore, but clean and friendly staff.

Place very clean , it's on a very good area and it has security I don't have no problem I like the place people I communicate with during my renting were very professional and respectful, if anyone looking to rent I highly recommend 💯 storage first you wouldn't regret it .

My storage unit is easy to access and was very clean when first opened. Getting in and out of the facility is a breeze and the location is perfect!

If you live in the Thorndale area of Downingtown, this storage location is as convenient as it gets. Clean, lots of different size storage options, and reasonably priced.

Good prices for a variety of clean and well kept storage unit sizes in various locations across PA. Needed a large unit to store all of things while waiting a couple weeks to move into my new place and managed to snag myself a good deal with a huge discount for the holidays. On call service is also superb, and the people are always helpful and nice to talk to when i need some assistance!

owner is amazing. been renting here for like a year now and he has been wonderful and very understanding cares about you as an individual more than just the money side of business.... dont get me wrong he cares about you too but he cares about the customer more than the average business.... would recommend him to anyone and everyone.... yea things arent all perfect when it comes to the place because the location right next to the tracks makes it very hard to make things work but he tries his hardest i have had snow blocking my unit from when it was plowed but he does his best for the space he has. the only thing i might change about it is making the turn around a little bigger for the larger vehicles. i drive a mini van n its a tight fit to turn around on side my unit is on but hey its not impossible but its deffinately a pain if others are there or theres tree branches down from the storms. other than that things are great and he is amazing. he really is a great guy and im glad to be doing business with him rather than others in the area. if your good to him hes good to you.....******** im telling you how wonderful he is not so you can just dont take advantage of someones kindness********* Im telling you so you can give your money to someone who avidly cares about his customers and doesnt want to have bad encounters or reviews with people but is friendly and willing to help you out as long as your doing what you need to do for him.... yea occasionally life happens but dont let that be your excuse every month. just do right by him and he will do right by you......
